03 - Spread the radishes cut-side down in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each piece for even roasting.
04 - Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the radishes are golden brown and fork-tender.
05 - Transfer the roasted radishes to a serving dish. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese if desired, and serve warm.
