Tri-colored fruit ice cubes with blueberries, coconut and strawberries for a festive chilled garnish.

# What You'll Need:

→ Fruit

01 - 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
02 - 1/2 cup strawberries, hulled and chopped
03 - 1/2 cup fresh coconut meat or unsweetened shredded coconut

→ Liquids

04 - 1 cup coconut water
05 - 1 cup natural blueberry juice
06 - 1 cup natural strawberry juice or cranberry juice

# How to Prepare:

01 - Wash blueberries and strawberries thoroughly. Hull and finely chop the strawberries. Prepare coconut meat by dicing into small pieces or use shredded coconut as needed.
02 - Fill one-third of each ice cube tray compartment with blueberries and pour blueberry juice just to cover the fruit. Place tray in freezer for approximately 1 hour, until layer is solid.
03 - Once the blue layer is firm, add a layer of coconut meat or a sprinkle of shredded coconut onto each cube. Top with coconut water to reach the next third of the compartment. Return tray to freezer for another hour until set.
04 - Add chopped strawberries as the final layer and fill remaining space with strawberry or cranberry juice. Freeze until completely firm, about 2 additional hours.
05 - Once cubes are fully frozen, carefully remove from tray and use to chill beverages for a vibrant presentation.

03 -
  • Use a pitcher with a spout for easy, spill-free pouring into tray compartments.
  • Gently tap the tray on the counter after each pour to remove air bubbles and settle fruit.
