01 - Combine strawberries, sugar, and water in a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl. Heat gently for 2-3 minutes until strawberries soften and release their juices. Let cool completely, then blend until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve if you prefer a seedless puree.
02 - In a shaker or large glass, combine the cooled strawberry puree, cold milk, and heavy cream. Stir vigorously until fully incorporated and smooth.
03 - Add ice cubes to two tall glasses, distributing evenly. Pour the strawberry cream mixture over the ice, filling each glass about two-thirds full.
04 - Slowly pour the cold brewed coffee over the back of a spoon onto the strawberry cream mixture to create a beautiful marbled effect and prevent the layers from mixing too quickly.
